On Jul 20, 2016, 10 university exchange students from Korea arrived in Singapore during their holidays for a cultural exchange with the university students from the World Mission Society Church of God Singapore (SGWMSCOG) for 20 days. The Korean members who arrived in Singapore were burning with enthusiasm for the gospel. During their short visit, the students who took part in the cultural exchange programme worked together in unity to organise the 5th Bible Seminar with the theme, “The Bible is Fact”.
On Aug 07, 2016, over 100 participants from all walks of life attended the Bible seminar hosted by the university students. People who were curious to learn more about the existence of God participated in this seminar. During the seminar, the speakers introduced to the participants scientific evidence and the prophecies that were recorded in the Bible.
The participants who attended the event were impressed to learn about the mysteries that were contained in the Bible.
John Joel Nathaniel Godfrey, 21, a student of Singapore Institute Management commented, “Even though I had been a Christian since young, I had always thought that the Bible was just a storybook which imparts moral values. I had never known that the Bible contained so many prophecies. I will definitely come back to study more.”
After the presentation, the attendees were treated to a special performance prepared by the Korean university members. The Korean members sang a few traditional Korean songs. It was truly an eye-opening experience for the attendees. Many of them enjoyed themselves as clearly seen by the smiles on their faces. At the end of the performance, the audience gave a warm round of applause for the speakers and the performers.
Many other participants expressed their interest to study the Bible and some of them stayed behind to examined the prophecies of the Bible.

Every books in the world has been recorded by humanbeing but people trust it and learn knowledge it in the class room or by purchasing in the book store.
likewise the bible was written by men but received all prophecies and visions from God almighty, thus now is the time to dig in the bible and understand God the Father and God the Mother, all youth member please proclaim God the Mother;s glory to all nation.
This event was a good chance to unite each other and learn the words of God.

I always heard frm ppl saying that the bible is hard to understand even from Christian. But through this bible seminar, we can understand it clearly.
It is touched. The passion of study the bible is great. I hope that all attantants will be aware of the truth of the bible.

I used to read the Bible like a storybook and don’t go beyond the story of Adam and Eve after they ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. After studying the Bible, I was so amazed why those things had to happen. Come to think of it, if God is Almighty, He could have created everything in just one day but why did He need to use 6 days? This is something worth thinking it over. If you believe it’s God’s will for doing that, what is His will then? Do come and study the Bible and find out yourself! ^^

Wow this is really a wonderful and eye opening Seminar.
Now I am even more convinced that the God who wrote the Bible is the Creator of Heaven and earth.
Water cycle, Gravity, Core of Earth is Fire, Constellation of the Stars, Mother’s Love – all are written in Bible Thousands of Years ago!

The bible is a confusing and difficult book to understand. Through the bible seminar, it was explained very comprehensibly and I am able to understand the knowledge of the bible clearly. Thank you and please have more bible seminars!
I think it is very meaningful that students in different countries do some activities together in unity. While reading, I could feel their passion and pride for their works. Also, the theme of this seminar is for everyone so it is so nice for people who are interested in the bible but don’t have any knowledge. I hope the seminar will continue with more subjects 🙂
In school, I often hear people debating about the teachings of the bible and how people would rather believe in science than the bible.
Thus, I used to think that science and God is contradictory to each other.
Thankfully, through this bible seminar, I am impressed to see how the scientific knowledge I gained in school were recorded in the bible long before they were discovered.
Without a doubt, the bible is a book of fact and records of God the creator!
